We currently have the following exciting opportunity to join our small, friendly, dedicated team, based near Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire: 

Production & Office Assistant - Full time

This is a key operational role, managing, processing and producing online orders from a busy sports website. We’re looking for someone highly organized, proactive, with lots of initiative and attention to detail. No two days are the same and we need someone who can manage an ever changing workload within a small friendly team.

Duties to Include

- Assisting with print, embroidery and production of orders
- Processing and handling of online orders and requests
- Some general warehouse duties, including packing, labeling, goods in and out
- Assisting with order queries via email and phone.

Key Requirements

- Fast learner, ability to multi-task and prioritise with tight deadlines
- Computer literate
- Well organised and proactive
- Methodical with good attention to detail
- Self-motivated, hands on approach, team worker, ability to work unsupervised
- As we are in a rural location having your own transport is essential

This role would suit a friendly individual with a lot of enthusiasm. This is a “learn on the job” role, we will provide in-house training for all aspects of production, which will include different printing techniques and embroidery.

Our working days are 8:30 am – 5pm Monday-Friday.
Salary negotiable based on experience.
