Here are some of our current and past projects, plus a behind the scenes glimpse of the printing process.
We are the only company that designs the logo, creates the proof, then completes the order from start to finish (as follows)

Step 1

Before printing our team will design your golf balls and send a proof using the logo you uploaded during the ordering process. Your visual proof will include printing size, layout and pantone colour(s) for your logo. This give you a true reflection of the actual printing, colours which you see on the visual on-screen may vary this is why we include the pantone references. Pantone references for colour are what we print from rather than the colours which you see.

Step 2

Your logo is separated by our design team into individual colours and we then make plates for each design.

The spot colour printing mahcine must be reconfigured for each new colour and we take care to ensure that all designs register and align correctly. The process can be tricky but we have years of experience creating and producing the best designs possible.

Step 3

We cure the balls for at least 8-10 hours to ensure they are totally dry. The balls may continue to cure as they are shipped, but the should arrive with you fully cured ready to be played with.

These are a few of our logo balls which we have designed and printed onto white and coloured golf balls. These include simple one colour printed and also more complicated logos with multiple colours.

This is a small selection of our golf balls with a one-colour print.

This selection of logo balls contain more than one-colour. All pantone matched to the customers logo.
