When will I receive my personalised Golf Balls?

This depends on which printing lead times and delivery option you choose e.g.
Standard lead times + Royal Mail 2-3 Day Service = 6-8 working days from placing your order.

IMPORTANT!! Lead times are how many days it will take to print your order.

Standard lead times, personalised golf balls will be shipped within 3-5 working days.
Express lead times, personalised golf balls will be shipped either the same day, next day or within 2 days. Fast is within 2 days, Express is next day and super express is the same day, if ordered before 12pm.

We can be that fast simply because we print all personalised orders in house, to ensure that we offer the fastest delivery for personalised golf balls online!
This means we can offer you fantastic turn-around times and quality of print which cannot be beaten.

How to order urgent personalised balls for next day delivery

1. Place your order before noon on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.

2. In the customiser, choose the Lead Time "Super Express - dispatched same day (before 12pm) +£18.00".

3. At checkout, choose Next Day Delivery.

Delivery

Standard delivery - Personalised golf balls are shipped on a 2-3 working days service, and tracking details will be sent by email.
Urgent orders - We can offer next day delivery, next day before 12pm and next day before 10.30am for urgent UK orders. Saturday and Sunday delivery is also available, but please contact us for the latest prices.
Tracking details will be sent by email, and next day deliveries usually receive a one hour delivery slot.

Orders shipped outside of the UK will be liable to pay any necessary customs charges before delivery and will have UK VAT removed at the checkout. Please check your inbox (and junk folder) for an email with a link to pay, this will be sent locally directly from the delivery company. Your estimated delivery date will be impacted if these charges aren't paid promptly.

Customers placing orders to be delivered outside of the UK to business addresses will be required to provide an EORI and VAT number for all export paperwork.

Print Area:

The maximum print area is approximately 22mm x 22mm for personalised golf balls. This can vary depending on the layout of your artwork e.g square, circle or rectangle, which all print at slightly different sizes. You can upload your artwork or add text if you prefer, which will display on the customiser giving you a realistic visual proof of how your personalised balls will look before checkout. This visual will also be displayed in your shopping cart at a later stage which you can correct if needed. A visual proof will not be sent before printing for smaller orders so please ensure you check the visual in your shopping cart is correct as this is what will be printed onto your golf balls. If you have selected print onto both sides of the balls these will show in your shopping basket visual. You will also be shown your visual after checking out or by logging into your account on the website. If you notice any issues please email us as soon as possible after placing your order as we can always correct problems before going to print.

Text:

We can print up to 3 lines of text on your personalised golf balls in various colours sizes and fonts . The same option is available for side two which is an extra £4 per box. For best results you should limit each line to a maximum of 15 characters otherwise the text will appear very small.

The font and size can be adjusted online so that you get the correct bespoke layout for your personalised golf balls. Please check your spelling before submitting your order, we don't have the capacity to double check orders before going to print.

Photo:

For best results please upload your photo in jpeg format ideally under 2 Mb, otherwise it could take too long to upload. You will have the option to crop the photo into a circle or square before printing to give you the best printing results. This saves time having to edit your photos or images in Photoshop beforehand. Please check the quality of the photo before you upload it, blurry or out of focus images will print as such, we do not edit or amend images before printing.

You can add another photo or text to side of the ball (side two) for an extra £4 per box.

Logo requirements

A hi-resolution jpeg image produces the best results. Some logos may appear small if they are wide or tall because the maximum print area is 22mm x 22mm (see above for printing guidelines).

We can print multiple photos/ logos or different text onto any of our personalised golf balls, but unfortunately you cannot do this online. Please email us with your special requirements and we will send a quotation.

For larger and permanent printing please try our premium logo service (minimum order 12 dozen).

We print personalised golf ball orders using high tech full colour inkjet printers.

What we can print?

Our inkjet printers can print full colour logos, photos and text (including gradients and shading).The results are excellent and the perfect choice for smaller quantity orders of less.

How big can you print?

The maximum print area for personalised golf balls is approx 22mm x 22mm. Our print can’t curve around the ball so we are only able to print this size. The customiser on each product will give you a good idea of how your logo or photo will look when printed. Generally if it looks small on the visual it will probably be small when printed. A good tip is to draw a 22x22cm box then fit your logo inside it this will show the print size in real life. You can always drop us an email to check if you aren’t sure whether your logo will work.

How do you need my logo to print?

For the best quality results please provide a high resolution image, preferably in a JPG or PNG format. Unfortunately you cannot upload vector (e.g. ai, eps, svg files) artwork for personalised golf ball orders.

Our print team will ensure that we print your design the same or very similar to the design which you approve online. We may crop photos for you (usually in a circle or square) if we feel that your design will not print well. We do have a crop tool for you to use which is on the golf ball customiser, which will save you time doing this using other software packages. We are unable to print logos from photographs so please ensure you upload you logo in one of these formats for the best results.

How long will the print last?

The printing on personalised golf balls is fairly durable but is isn't permanent. The personalised service is a semi-permanent print so will wear during play. As a general rule we would expect the print to last around 9-18 holes but this can vary depending on the ball you choose, what you have printed and the playing conditions. Through testing we know that the Srixon Soft-Feel and Srixon Distance balls aren’t as durable as the Srixon AD333 because of the cover on the balls. Large dark or black logos also seem to wear quicker than balls with smaller lighter coloured logos or single lines of text The print will not wash off of the balls, but playing in very dry conditions may mean the grass has an abrasive affect on the balls and so the logo may wear quicker if a course is very dry. Unfortunately we don't offer a permanent solution for smaller personalised orders. Where do you print onto the ball?

We print on one or two sides (poles) on the ball which will usually be to the right of the manufacturers name for single pole or above and below for double pole . Because we print by eye the exact position cannot be guaranteed and may not always be in alignment with any manufacturers branding which is on the balls. We will endeavour to print as large as we can without losing any of the integrity of the logo/photo and in the best position available.

Some balls already have a lot of manufacturers branding so it isn't possible to print more than one side. Any products suitable for single pole printing only will have additional information within the product description.

This will launch our pop-up Customiser, which will allow you to upload your photo or design.
From within the customiser, click 'upload file' where you can browse to find your photo for upload. Our uploader wizard accepts .jpg, .gif, or .png's which are the best files for printing.
When your picture is uploaded, you'll be given the opportunity to crop the photo to the correct size if needed. At this point please check the quality of the image, any photos which are blurry or our of focus will print as such.

Once that is done, you can then select your lead times from the drop-down menu. If your order is urgent we suggest that you select the 24 hour or same day lead times.
If you'd like a photo or text printed on a second side of the ball, click "Personalise Second Side of the Ball" and complete the upload process again.

When you've finished in the customiser, click "Add to cart!"
