Personalised Golf Balls Printing Lead Times and Delivery
Our personalised golf balls are a completely bespoke service, each box of golf balls is printed to order by our highly experienced printing team.
As these aren't an off the shelf product each product does have a printing lead time but we pride ourselves in being completely unique in that we print all golf balls in-house and as such can provide incredibly fast printing for orders which are more urgent.
When you are customising your golf balls you will be able to see the printing lead times available, the standard printing lead time will be the default option. Simply quick one of the faster print times if you need your order quicker.
Standard Printing Lead Time = 3-5 working days
Fast 2 Day = Usually printed within 2 working days
Express 24 Hours = Usually printed the next working day
Super Express = Printed the same working day (when ordered before 12pm)
These lead times refer to how quickly we will print only and are not a delivery time-frame.
Printing lead times, as shown below, are how long it takes us to print your order.

Step 1: Select your printing times on the personalised golf balls customiser
To order, select the golf ball you require, then upload your photo/logo or choose the text option and input your text.
Once you have done this you will see the printing options available under the on-screen visual and before the add to cart button.
This will default to the standard print option, for a faster print choose one of the other available options, prices are shown for each option.


Printing times are all about how long it takes us to print your order, you will also need to choose a delivery method when you get to the checkout.
Step 2: Your Delivery Options
When you get to the checkout you will see an estimated date of delivery next to each of the delivery methods available for your address. This estimated date is based on the printing lead time selected when you were customising the balls and the delivery method.


The estimated delivery takes into account the time it takes to print and delivery method and estimates the maximum of days when the delivery will be with you.
For example, you select the standard 3-5 working day print option and 2-3 days for delivery your order will be with you in a maximum of 8 working days.
Q. The estimated delivery date in the checkout is later then I wanted - can I change it?
Click on the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner of your screen . From here you will see the balls you selected and the personalisation, between these are the printing lead times, your selected method will be highlighted. Change to your desired lead time, the total will change to add on the extra charge then click Proceed to Checkout. When you select a delivery method the estimated delivery day will be updated. Your estimated date of delivery will also be displayed on your order confirmation.

Will you contact me to let me know when my order will arrive?
Once orders have shipped you will receive an email from our courier (either Royal Mail or DHL) with a tracking link. On the morning of delivery you should also receive an email with an estimated time frame of when the delivery will be made.
You may need to check your junk folder if you haven't received an email from either provider on your expected morning of delivery.
I selected next-day delivery on my personalised order but didn’t receive my golf balls the day after I ordered them?
See above information regarding printing lead times. Standard printing lead times are 3-5 working days for personalised golf balls, express printing options will show as "Lead Times" on your order confirmation. Your order confirmation email will also show your estimated delivery date based on printing lead times and delivery method selected.
It's been over the stated time and I haven't received my order or my tracking link says the parcel has been delivered but I don't have it?
Firstly check around your property and any safe places to see if your parcel has been left, also check with your neighbours to see if it has been taken in. Refer back to the tracking email sent byt the courier, you will receive an email once delivery has been made or attempted. If you don't manage to locate the parcel drop us and email with your order number and the details and we will raise this with the delivery provider, they do normally take 48 hours (during the week) to come back with initial feedback so bare with us while this happens. If the parcel is deemed to be lost we will re-print and dispatch as a priority.
