Standard delivery - We aim to ship all plain golf balls the same day if ordered before 3pm. Please note this may be slightly longer during busy periods. An estimated day of delivery and tracking details will be sent by email once you have placed your order. Urgent orders - We can offer next day delivery, next day before 12pm and next day before 10.30am for urgent UK orders. Saturday and Sunday delivery is also available, but please contact us for the latest prices.
Tracking details will be sent by email, and next day deliveries usually receive a one hour delivery slot.
Orders shipped outside of the UK will be liable to pay any necessary customs charges before delivery and will have UK VAT removed at the checkout. Please check your inbox (and junk folder) for an email with a link to pay, this will be sent locally directly from the delivery company. Your estimated delivery date will be impacted if these charges aren't paid promptly.
Customers placing orders to be delivered outside of the UK to business addresses will be required to provide an EORI and VAT number for all export paperwork.
