Print and Embroidery Options for Pouches;
All of our embroidery is completed in house so that we can offer customer focused and efficient service.
The maximum embroidery area varies depending on the item that you are ordering. Please refer to the individual product you are interested in for specific sizing and dimensions.
Our online costs include simple logos and text. There may be an additional charge for more complex designs. Usually we include up to 8,000 stitches, and costs will increase slightly for designs with higher stitch costs.
We may have to digitise your design, and the cost for this is usually an extra £20-£30 (can be higher on more complex designs).
Text
We embroider lots of our items with just initials, names or messages.
For best results you may have to limit your text especially for small items. For example a golf bag has a maximum embroidery area of 100mm, so we suggest only 10-14 characters per line (max. 3 lines). For larger items we can increase the embroidered to say 20 characters. If at any time we feel that your request will no longer appear clearly we will inform you and suggest the best alternatives.
Logo
Simple and more complex logos can be embroidered and we include up to 8,000 stitches in the price of the items.
Our designers will check the logo first before they start the process of getting the logo ready for embroidery. There may be an additional charge of around £20 - £30 for complex embroidery which is the digitisation fee.
In some instances it may not be possible to embroider your logo, or we may have to simplify. If this is the case, we will email you will alternative options or call to discuss.
Photos and full colour designs
Photos and full colour logos are usually printed full colour onto vinyl and then heat pressed onto the item or depending on the product, printed directly. We can print directly on to white to ensure that the result is the same as the image that you have uploaded, this can included multiple colours and graduation.
Print on Golf Balls, Tees and Pitchfork:
We offer a full colour digital print of either photo, logo or text onto our golf balls and pitchfork. The print size on the golf balls is around 22mm and you can customise one or both sides of the ball.
Due to the print area on the tees we recommend text only of around 19 characters.

Personalised Items Printing Lead Time
Because we print in-house we have very quick lead times for all of our personalised items.
Printing lead times can be selected within the customiser when you are personalising your items, all orders will default to the standard printing option.
Standard Print - 5-7 working days
Express Print - 2-3 working days
Orders are processed on working days and so weekends and Bank Holidays are not included in the above.
We aim to have all orders printed within the timeframe show above, during busy times the maximum number of printing days from your chosen lead times will apply.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Delivery for your personalised items can be selected at the checkout.
An estimated delivery date will be shown once you have chosen your delivery method. The estimated delivery date is based on the printing lead times and delivery method.
If you need your order sooner than the date shown in the checkout you can go back to your shopping cart and see the printing lead times available, select a quicker print option for an earlier delivery date.
We offer various delivery options which include next working day timed services.
Delivery
All orders are shipped on a tracked service and you will receive an email with tracking details once they have been dispatched. Through these emails you will be able to choose a safeplace or leave with neighbour option.
Free next working day UK delivery is available on boxes of 6 golf balls or more (calculated by number of boxes or the equivalent weight in goods).

Personalised Clip Pouch Gift Set
Personalise one of our black clip pouches with your choice of photo, logo or text. Your personalised gift pouch includes:
- Black Clip pouch - Personalised or plain
- 3 personalised golf balls - Choose your ball type from the dropdown
- 5 Printed tees - Usually text, but we can also print logos (print height restriction)
- Deluxe Printed pitchfork with magnetic ball marker
Pouches have no minimum order, so ideal as a present or golf day giveaway.
We can add a logo or text to the pouch, which can be printed or embroidered. The golf balls and pitch repairer can be printed full colour, which includes logos, photos etc.
The tees are usually printed with text, but we can alo print logos in full colour. There is a height restriction, so some logos and designs will appear very small, which is why be recommend text or a rectangle logo design.
Clip pouch set allows you to choose your golf balls online.
Personalisation will be placed centrally under the zipper.
The maximum space for embroidery is approximately 60mm. We would recommend no more that 12 characters per line with a maximun of 3 lines.
For logos we would recommend a vinyl print which would be printed at approximately 70mm. This is a great alternative to embroidery as we can print detailed logos and photos in full colour.
How to personalise your Clip Pouch Gift Set : Click the Red 'Personalise' button above and select 'Photo/Logo' or 'Text' option. An online visual will appear before you add to cart. We do not offer visual proofs before printing. This will be used for printing onto your golf balls and pitch repairer, we will also use this for your pouch if you have selected this personalisation also. Please use the free text box to insert your personalisation for tees as indicated.
Lead times: Standard printing lead times are 5-7 days but we do offer a express printing lead times (see below). See the 'Printing Lead Times' section in the customiser when you have personalised your order for express options
Urgent orders: Select Express Dispatched within 2-3 days (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) for an expedited print option. A delivery method will also need to be selected at the checkout, the estimated date of delivery in the checkout is based on the printing lead time and delivery method selected.
Personalisation Options: The price for this gift set includes printing onto the golf balls, tees and pitch repairer, for an addtional cost we can also embroider or print onto your pouch. Wherever possible we will use same logo or text uploaded for your golf ball (side one if more than one side chosen). Pricing includes embroidery of a simple logo, in some cases we may not be able to embroider your logo and this will need to be printed onto your pouch we will always contact you before doing so. Some logos can be embroidered but may require an extra set up charge, again we will contact you if this is the case. Artwork required: Please upload your artwork as a jpeg, gif or pdf file. The file should be less than 3MB otherwise it may not upload correctly.
Print size: The maximum area is available for embroidery approximately 60mm. On the golf balls the maximum print area is around 22mm.
