Because we print in-house we have very quick lead times for all of our personalised items
Printing lead times can be selected within the customiser when you are personalising your golf balls, all orders will default to the standard printing option.
Standard Print -7 working days
Express Print - 2-3 working days
Express print option will be confirmed once and order has been placed and artwork confirmed. Please contact us if you have a specific request and we can confirm.
Orders are processed on working days and so weekends and Bank Holidays are not included in the above.
We aim to have all orders printed within the timeframe show above, during busy times the maximum number of printing days from your chosen lead times will apply.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Delivery for your personalised items can be selected at the checkout.
An estimated delivery date will be shown once you have chosen your delivery method. The estimated delivery date is based on the printing lead times and delivery method.
If you need your order sooner than the date shown in the checkout you can go back to your shopping cart and see the printing lead times available, select a quicker print option for an earlier delivery date.
We offer various delivery options which include next working day timed services.
Delivery
All orders are shipped on a tracked service and you will receive an email with tracking details once they have been dispatched. Through these emails you will be able to choose a safeplace or leave with neighbour option.
Free next working day UK delivery is available on boxes of 6 golf balls or more (calculated by number of boxes or the equivalent weight in goods).

Economy Flag Banner
Our lowest-price flag product.
The Economy Flag is an excellent budget flag that can be used both indoors and outdoors. Ideal for showrooms, exhibitions, shops, and anywhere else free-standing marketing is needed.

- Hollow base which becomes stable when filled with sand or water
The graphic is made from one piece of flag material, securely stitched on the top and side to form the right-angled, two-pocket shape. A hem with a weighted nylon rod is added in the bottom edge to help hold and maintain the flag's shape.
Please note, the Economy Flag pole can only be used with the included base and our basic parasol base. Other, spigot-based bases are not compatible.
How to customise your Economy Flag Banner: Click the Red 'Personalise' button above and select 'Photo/Logo' or 'Text' option. An online visual will appear before you add to cart.
Lead times: Standard printing lead times are 7 days but we do offer a express printing lead times (see below). See the 'Printing Lead Times' section in the customiser when you have personalised your order for express options
Urgent orders: Select Express Dispatched within 2-3 days (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) for an expedited print option. A delivery method will also need to be selected at the checkout, the estimated date of delivery in the checkout is based on the printing lead time and delivery method selected. Please note express print option will be confirmed once your order is placed and artwork is confirmed.
Artwork required: Please upload your artwork as vector artwork, which is usually an EPS or Ai file. You will receive a visual proof usually within a few hours, detailing the print area and pantone colours. If you do not have the correct file we can redraw the logo for you (fee may apply).
Colours: We can print full colour using our personalised service, which is ideal for printing photos and complicated logos.
