Embroidery and printing information:

• We offer embroidery or printed vinyl logos onto this product. 


• Usually we we embroider this product, but we will notify you if this is not possible, or we need to simplify your logo.


• Printed vinyl may be a better solution for logos with many colours and fine detail (we will advise when the order has been processed).


• Embroidery includes setup of simple logos and up to 8,000 stitches.


• There is usually a £25 setup fee for complicated logos with more than 8,000 stitches (we will advise, or contact us).

A structured cap embroidered with your company logo to the front, ideal for golf days, promotions or events. The deluxe golf cap comes in three colours. 

How to personalise your Deluxe Golf Cap : Click the Red 'Personalise' button above and select 'Photo/Logo' or 'Text' option. An online visual will appear before you add to cart. We do not offer visual proofs before printing/embroidering.

Lead times: Standard printing lead times are 5-7 days but we do offer a express printing lead times (see below). See the 'Printing Lead Times' section in the customiser when you have personalised your order for express options

Urgent orders: Select Express Dispatched within 2-3 days (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) for an expedited print option. A delivery method will also need to be selected at the checkout, the estimated date of delivery in the checkout is based on the printing lead time and delivery method selected.

Artwork required: Please upload your artwork as a jpeg, gif or pdf file. The file should be less than 3MB otherwise it may not upload correctly. 

Print size:  The maximum embroidery area is approximately 120mm.

Colours: We can print full colour using our personalised service, which is ideal for printing photos and complicated logos. We also have a wide range of embroidery threads. If you have any other queries please email contact@best4balls.com
