Personalised and Logo Gifts Order Dispatch Times
Personalised and Logo orders are processed and printed in-house which means we are able to offer very fast lead times. The time it takes to be dispatched depends upon the ‘printing lead time’ that you have selected from our customiser.
Standard personalised orders are printed & dispatched within 5-7 working days. If you need your order in a hurry, please select Express printing lead times within the customiser.
The printing lead times need to be added to your delivery option e.g. Standard lead times (5-7 days) + Next Working Day delivery = 8-9 days in total to deliver
Urgent orders - Don’t forget to select Express Delivery service from our delivery options, which is on the checkout page.
Delivery:
An estimated delivery date will be shown in the checkout when you select your delivery method. This will also show on your order confirmation.
Orders shipped with Royal Mail or DPD will receive an email the evening the order ships with a tracking link and safeplace options. A further email will be sent around 11am on the morning of delivery with the one-hour delivery window.
Urgent orders can be shipped on a next day, next day before 1pm or next day before 10:30am.
Free next day UK delivery - for orders of 6 boxes or more (calculated by number of boxes or the equivalent weight in goods)

Personalised Clip Pouch
Customise one of our black clip pouches with your logo or text.

Personalisation will be placed centrally under the zipper.
The maximum space for embroidery is approximately 60mm. We would recommend no more that 12 characters per line with a maximun of 3 lines.
For logos we would recommend a vinyl print which would be printed at approximately 70mm. This is a great alternative to embroidery as we can print detailed logos and photos in full colour.
How to logo your Clip Pouch : Click the Red 'Personalise' button above and select 'Photo/Logo' or 'Text' option. An online visual will appear before you add to cart. We do not offer visual proofs before printing.
Lead times: Standard printing lead times are 5-7 days but we do offer a express printing lead times (see below). See the 'Printing Lead Times' section in the customiser when you have personalised your order for express options
Urgent orders: Select Express Dispatched within 2-3 days (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) for an expedited print option. A delivery method will also need to be selected at the checkout, the estimated date of delivery in the checkout is based on the printing lead time and delivery method selected.
Personalisation Options: Pricing includes embroidery of a simple logo or text, in some cases we may not be able to embroider your logo and this will need to be printed onto your pouch we will always contact you before doing so. Some logos can be embroidered but may require an extra set up charge, again we will contact you if this is the case. If you have any queries please email us before placing your order for clarification.
Artwork required: Please upload your artwork as a jpeg, gif or pdf file. The file should be less than 3MB otherwise it may not upload correctly.
Print size: The maximum area available for embroidery is approximately 60mm.
Colours: Standard colours will be used for embroidery. Please contact us if you require specific thread colours, contact@best4balls.com. We may contact you before production if our standard colours vary from the colour in your logo, an additional charge may be applicable if you require a matched thread colour.
