- Water repellent to resist rain showers. A light soft touch jacket with 4-way stretch giving you an unrestricted swing. Zip fronted with two concealed side pockets, stretch collar, cuffs and hem. Lightweight enough to be folded into a small spaced and perfect for carrying for all seasons.
Print and Embroidery Options;
All of our embroidery is completed in house so that we can offer customer focused and efficient service.
The maximum embroidery area varies depending on the item that you are ordering. Please refer to the individual product you are interested in for specific sizing and dimensions.
Our online costs include simple logos and text. There may be an additional charge for more complex designs. Usually we include up to 8,000 stitches, and costs will increase slightly for designs with higher stitch costs.
We may have to digitise your design, and the cost for this is usually an extra £20-£30 (can be higher on more complex designs).
Text
We embroider lots of our items with just initials, names or messages.
For best results you may have to limit your text especially for small items. For example a golf bag has a maximum embroidery area of 100mm, so we suggest only 10-14 characters per line (max. 3 lines). For larger items we can increase the embroidered to say 20 characters. If at any time we feel that your request will no longer appear clearly we will inform you and suggest the best alternatives.
Logo
Simple and more complex logos can be embroidered and we include up to 8,000 stitches in the price of the items.
Our designers will check the logo first before they start the process of getting the logo ready for embroidery. There may be an additional charge of around £20 - £30 for complex embroidery which is the digitisation fee.
In some instances it may not be possible to embroider your logo, or we may have to simplify. If this is the case, we will email you will alternative options or call to discuss.
Full colour designs
Full colour designs are printed onto vinyl and then heat pressed onto the item or depending on the product, printed directly. We can print directly on to white to ensure that the result is the same as the image that you have uploaded, this can included multiple colours and graduation.

Logo Clothing Printing Lead Time
Because we print in-house we have very quick lead times for all of our personalised items.
Printing lead times can be selected within the customiser when you are personalising your items, all orders will default to the standard printing option.
Standard Print - 5-7 working days
Express Print - 2-3 working days
Orders are processed on working days and so weekends and Bank Holidays are not included in the above.
We aim to have all orders printed within the timeframe show above, during busy times the maximum number of printing days from your chosen lead times will apply.
Estimated Delivery Dates
Delivery for your personalised items can be selected at the checkout.
An estimated delivery date will be shown once you have chosen your delivery method. The estimated delivery date is based on the printing lead times and delivery method.
If you need your order sooner than the date shown in the checkout you can go back to your shopping cart and see the printing lead times available, select a quicker print option for an earlier delivery date.
We offer various delivery options which include next working day timed services.
Delivery
All orders are shipped on a tracked service and you will receive an email with tracking details once they have been dispatched. Through these emails you will be able to choose a safeplace or leave with neighbour option.
Free next working day UK delivery is available on boxes of 6 golf balls or more (calculated by number of boxes or the equivalent weight in goods).

Print and Embroidery Options:
Personalisation will be placed on the chest - normally left hand side as worn or if in the case the item is already branded it will be on the opposite chest.
The maximum embroidery/print area is approximately 60mm although we may be able to go larger depending on the design. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding size and placement.
Included in the price you can have simple embroidered text- we would recommend no more than 12-14 characters per line with up to three lines or a full colour vinyl print.
The print option is a great alternative to embroidery for designs and logos with multiple colours and fine details.
For logos and designs that you would like embroidered, there is an additional charge of £20-£30 for the digitisation fee. This would cover all items on the order and any future orders.
Sometimes any fine details will need to be made bolder or altered in order to get the optimum results. You will be advised of any possible changes to your design.
If we feel that your design is unsuitable for embroidery we will offer the best alternative being either the vinyl print or simplifying it.
A visual proof will be sent before printing

Lead times: Standard printing lead times are 5-7 days but we do offer a express printing lead times (see below). See the 'Printing Lead Times' section in the customiser when you have personalised your order for express options
Urgent orders: Select Express Dispatched within 2-3 days (excluding weekends and Bank holidays) for an expedited print option. A delivery method will also need to be selected at the checkout, the estimated date of delivery in the checkout is based on the printing lead time and delivery method selected.
Artwork required: Please upload your artwork as a jpeg, gif or pdf file. The file should be less than 3MB otherwise it may not upload correctly.
Print size: The area available for print/embroidery is around 60mm
