I play off 6 and have used Titleist ProV1 for years! Although they seem to change the ball every year or so! This is the best one yet! The ball stops dead on the greens and is straight of the tee! Maybe it could finally be my year to get to 5!!!! I just wish I could hole a few more putts!

This was the fist ball that I was custom fitted to by the bridgestone all fitting challenge. Great distance on all shots. And great feels for a distance ball. There is only 1 downside that I can see is that there is less spin on short chips. The switch has been made from the pro v 1x to the b330.

I have tried many balls over the past 12-18 months - Srixon Z star (ballooning flight, poor stopping on short shots, although long enough), ProV1/V1x (too much side spin on mis hits, i.e. further into the rough), a few Nike balls and a couple of Bridgestones. The DX3 is as long as any 3 multilayer ball that i have used, it also stops quicker than the Urethane covered balls, even on short chips. But the main plus for me is the ball doesn't balloon like some of the others.
I find that these balls do rough up a little after about 2-3 rounds (on the rare occasion that i don't lose a ball in that period!) but these still play well. I find that the Urethane covered balls hardly ever rough up but i find that this is because they don't get gripped by your clubs grooves as much as these balls, therefore they last longer.
However, for most people who lose at least one ball per round (or even every other round) this ball is well worth a look, particularly at just over £1.20 per ball.

As the other reviewers have stated, a fantastic ball. Really soft, feels fantastic off the irons and the flight is perfect. I don't understand how Wilson have managed to create a ball that is so soft to putt, feels great off the irons, spins well (but not too much) and is solid off a driver.
My only small issue with this ball is that (for me) it only lasts 1 round. It doesn't cut up as much as some other top end balls, but it discolours very quickly. This may be something to do with the agressive grooves I have on my wedges and the fact that our course is very dry (and sandy) at the moment.
I would still recommend this ball to anyone and at this price it's a real bargain. I have bought a total of 6 boxes of these and will continue to buy them as long as they are available.

I play off 10 and have used these balls for 3-4 years now and I always come back to them. Amateur golfers cannot compress a golf ball to get the benefit of its design characteristics you do not therefore get the best from your shots. The softer ball is easier to compress and therefore you get the full benefit. They also travel as good a distance as the so called top quality balls but when you pitch, chip and putt you feel the ball off the club and the control is far superior. I have found these balls better than all the very expensive balls and the cost is far less. I will continue to use them and I would reccomend other club players to give them a try. I think you will be suprised at the improvement that they can bring to your game. Don't be embarassed about using a lady ball because they can do wonders for your game. W R Tyzack

Best 4 Balls is new to me , but having read the reviews , which sound like they may have been written by the staff , i can only whole heartedly endorse what is said. The delivery is amazing and the quality of the balls in relation to the price is very good indeed.
