Most of our UK customers receive their orders the next working day on a signed for service if the order is placed before 3pm. European orders will be shipped on a signed for 3-5 day service.

Orders will be taken to your local sorting office if no one is available to sign for your delivery. The courier will also leave a card with details of where to collect the order from or to rearrange delivery. Orders of more than 2 dozen can be redelivered at no extra charge.
